No purchase necessary. Participants, who complete the 2010 TSSA Self Storage Market Survey  - either electronically or the paper version - in its entirety, will be entered into a drawing for one of five $100 gift cards. Electronic responses will be entered twice into the drawing.

All taxes on the value of the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Mailed survey responses must be postmarked by June 30, 2010, and received by July 9, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. CDST at the Texas Self Storage Association Inc.’s business office at 595 Round Rock West Drive, #503, Round Rock, TX 78681. Electronic surveys must be completed by June 30, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. CDST in order to be eligible.

Written survey responses must contain the name, address, and phone number of the person entering the drawing in order for the entry to be valid. Only one response per participating self-storage site will be accepted, although electronic responses will be entered twice into the drawing and therefore increase the participant's chance of winning. TSSA is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected mail. Illegible or incomplete surveys will be deemed ineligible.

A random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted at the TSSA’s business office on or around July 12, 2010. Winners will be notified either by e-mail, mail or phone on the first business day after the drawing. If TSSA is unable to contact any winner by e-mail, mail or phone for 30 days, a new winner will be drawn from remaining eligible survey responses, and the original winner will forfeit the prize.

Employees of the Texas Self Storage Association, Inc. are not eligible.

By entering the contest, contestants agree to hold harmless and release the Texas Self Storage Association, Inc., and its directors, officers, and employees from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of prize.
