About the Speakers Anne Ballard has a gift for sharing her vast knowledge of the self-storage industry in terms that anyone can grasp. She is president of Universal Management Company, serves on the board of directors of the Georgia Self Storage Association (GASSA) and has been an influential figure in both Georgia and on the national scene. Jim Chiswell has been involved in the self-storage industry for 26 years. His consulting firm, Chiswell & Associates, provides a full range of consulting services exclusively to the self-storage industry involving the preparation of project feasibility studies and acquisition due diligence reports.
